Timothy Burton is a Famous Hollywood Film director, producer and writer. Burton is famous for his very own style in shooting a film. He has created some of the most outstanding dark, strange, and stimulating creative visions in filmmaking history.

In a Tim Burton film, there is always a dark side and a “good” side and the contrast between both sides is very clear.

Not everyone can accept Tim Burton’s films because sometimes in his films, the dark side not necessarily evil and bad, and the so call “good” side is actually not that good. You can see this in one of his famous film, “The Nightmare before Christmas”, in which Jack is from the “Dark” side but what he wants to do doesn’t mean to be bad. Jack and Santa want achieve the same thing, which is give all the children a happy Merry Christmas, but the way Jack thinks is good does not accepted by ordinary people.

Tim Burton has produced an outstanding amount of films that brings up many question, for example, is Burton one of these people? Could he just be an average, if off-centre, filmmaker who has managed to convince everyone he is great, or is he the brilliant visual artist who uses his talents to create great movies?

Love him or loath him, Burton is a director who has made an impact both in the industry and on the cinema-goers and whose films, so special in their childlike reverie and cathartic blend of horror and black humour, warrant his inclusion amongst the great visual filmmakers of past and present.
